Aspirin: aspirin belongs to a group of drugs called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Aspirin works, relieving pain and reducing inflammation, high temperature, and fever. It is effective for mild to moderate pain such as headaches, toothaches, and sore throat.
Contradiction:
• Hypersensitivity to aspirin or any other constituents
• Peptic ulcers or those with a history of peptic ulcers
• Hemophilia
• Simultaneous anticoagulant therapy
• Children under the age of 16
• Breastfeeding
Caution should be taken in patients with asthma, allergic diseases and impaired renal and hepatic function. Abstains aspirin if you have a stomach ulcer. There is a possible relationship between aspirin and Reye's syndrome when children. This rare disease can affect the brain and the liver and may also be fatal. For this reason the aspirin should not be administered to children unless exclusively.
Simultaneous use of other NSAIDs or corticosteroids may increase the risk of gastric side effects. Use of aspirin for anticoagulants may increase the risk of bleeding. The effect of phenytoin and valproate can be improved by aspirin. Delayed elimination and increased methotrexate toxicity can occur with the concomitant use of aspirin.
Ibuprofen: ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory pain killer. It is used to relieve the pain and redness in conditions such as osteoarthritis, arthritis, swollen joints, frozen shoulder, bursitis, tendinitis, pain, lumbar, strains and sprains. It can also be used in the treatment of other painful conditions such as headaches of teeth, pain after operations, period pain, and headaches.
Do not take ibuprofen if you:
1 Are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
2 Are breastfeeding
3 Are allergic to ibuprofen
4 Have or have had, an ulcer in the stomach or other gastric complaint
5 Suffer from asthma or already had an allergic reaction after taking ibuprofen, aspirin or other anti-inflammatory analgesics
6 Suffer liver, kidney disease or heart disease
7 Have systemic lupus erythematosus
8 Suffer from a condition which increased bleeding tendency

2 Suffer gastric problems
3 Suffer from any disorder heart
The most common side effects?
The side effects most often seen with ibuprofen are stomach pain, indigestion, heartburn, feeling ill, vomiting, a wheezing, shortness of breath, skin rash, itching, yellowing of eyes or skin, severe sore throat with high fever, blurred vision retention and fluid.
Contradiction:
1 Patients who are hypersensitive to anti-inflammatory analgesics
2 Patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation.
3. In patients with increased bleeding tendency.
4. Patients with severe heart failure, liver failure and renal failure
5. In patients during the last trimester of pregnancy
Precautions:
Patients with sugar intolerance are advised step taking this medication.
The elderly have increased frequency of gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation, caution in these patients.
Caution should be advised in patients receiving medications that may increase the risk of ulceration or bleeding. Caution is required if the ibuprofen is administered to patients with bronchial asthma.
Ibuprofen should be used with caution in patients with impaired renal, hepatic or cardiac function.
