Yeast is a type of fungus which required sugar to grow. Yeast gives off the coast of toxins and gases such as alcohol, acetaldehyde, Gliotoxin, zymosan and arabinitol. When candida begins to grow out of control, it can begin to affect our bodies. Candida is the most common type of yeast found in our system and are found mainly in our digestive system.
