Lift and carry heavy objects are a regular part of many daily jobs. Workers are put warnings on the dangers of improper lifting and how to lift and carry safely: bend your knees, use your legs raise not your back, never bend or twist your body, etc. Signs of security surrounding these workplaces constantly reminding workers how to protect their spine and use proper lifting techniques.
The majority of us, raise us, transport and twist regularly in our daily lives, but without the constant security reminders. We lift and carry babies, backpacks, bags of groceries, and according to our way of life. Grocery store
If you are grocery for some articles, it is tempting to take the basket in hand rather than a push cart. If you get only a few light elements, you're probably okay carry the basket of the hand.
