Breathe, breathe deeply

Written By anfaku01 on Thursday, June 23, 2011 | 6:41 AM

Breathe with breaths. Move your diaphragm. Add to your overall sense of the health and well-being.

Calm deep breathing you relieves stress and just feels good.

Shallow breathing increases stress and agitation. You have or you know someone who has "a fuse court." How they normally breath? How they breathe when angry?

It is your lower lungs which contain the largest area and can thus absorb more oxygen. If you want energy that you want to use your lower lungs, so breathe, breathe deeply. Not only increase their your chest, it is still shallow breathing. You may be taken in the air more than normal, but it is not quite good enough. Move your breath right down in your belly. It is not difficult, remember to take air will deeply in your abdomen and it will go. If you are not sure, do put a helping hand just below your belly button, your hand must move, just a bit, no need to create a pot belly. Think to where is the air you breathe.

Rapid, shallow breathing has been associated with high blood pressure. Deep breathing is relaxing. Deep breathing can help relax muscle relief to some degree neck and back pain. Deep breathing can erase and concentrate the mind. Some articles I have read indicate that breathing deep massages the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system works with our circulatory system, the circulatory system carries nutrients to the cells and the lymphatic system carries toxins.

The heart is la pump for circulatory, la respiration is la pump for the lymphatic system. We must breath to keep works as it should. Keep the lymphatic system works well is part of why deep breathing enhances all aspects of your health. It has even been associated weight loss. For some, breathing deep belly is regarded as a good abdominal exercise. I will keep an open mind on this subject. While it is true, it is a bonus. I am pleased with all the other benefits.

There is a last possible advantage of deep breathing. Have you heard of ho's (ho-o-pono-pono) Ho'oponopono? It is an ancient Hawaiian practice for physical and spiritual healing. Compensation or the cleaning of the techniques was deep breathing. It is sometimes called the seven breaths, others call this technique the breath of Ha (the Devine). I don't know if it really cleans your mind, but it is really good for the body and mind.

• To start, first of all to sit comfortably, but on the right. Close your eyes if you want. Focus on your breath.

• Breath in through the nose for a count of 7, if you do it for spiritual reasons imagine your breath enter in each cell, nourish your body.

• Dock for 7 counts. This is the part that is difficult, but I was told that the break is necessary. Supposedly, he gives airtime to work. I don't know, but the energizing effect is greater if you do that if you skip this part. This I don't know, because be skeptical and stubborn I tried both ways.

• Breath out slowly through the nose, once again for 7 counts. Those who believe in the Ho' Ho'oponopono say it frees the impurities and poisons.

• Dock for 7 account once again.

It is a turn. Get 7 towers. I suppose that see you why it is called sometimes 7 murmurs. 7 Murmurs should be performed during a quiet time-step while driving or complete any other activity that requires your attention.

Breathing deep regular can be made anytime, anywhere, just think how you breathe.
